• Send an email to [email protected]. Launch support staff answers emails between 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday. Students can typically expect a response within half an hour.
• Chat with tech support using the Tech Support button at the bottom of every Canvas page within your Launch course.
• Call the Launch office at (417) 523-0417. The Launch office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
