Visual Arts I
Art I provides the opportunity for students to learn about art and the art world through engaging in the course as a practicing artist. Learners in this course will explore and experiment with a variety of materials and techniques to increase creative expression in personal work. Artists will create original art through the practice of artistic behaviors that include skill development, problem-solving, risk-taking and reflection.
