Get help with Canvas questions and other technical support. If you’re a Launch student or a liaison at a Launch partner district and you have a tech-related question, we’re here to help!
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Launch support staff answers emails between 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. weekdays and between 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. weekends. Students can typically expect a response within half an hour.
- Chat with tech support using the Tech Support button at the bottom of every Canvas page within your Launch course.
- Call the Launch office at (417) 523-0417. The Launch office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
