Reading

This course is designed primarily for students reading below grade level. The purpose of this course is to provide a reading intervention program with differentiated instruction for students struggling with reading. Students will interact with texts matched to their reading level along with content that is appropriate for high school students. Placement in this class will be determined by the most recent district assessment. This course can be counted as one English credit. All credits received after will be counted as elective credit.
