The Launch Leadership Class is designed to equip participants with the skills and mindset necessary to lead effectively in remote and virtual environments. The course explores the unique challenges and opportunities of virtual leadership, emphasizing communication, collaboration, and adaptability. Special care is given to focusing on educational environments and the unique challenges and opportunities they pose.
