What learning can look like
Launch is online, but it is not one single learning format. What school looks like depends on the student’s grade level and program.

Elementary students (K–5)
Elementary students follow a more structured daily schedule built around live, teacher-led instruction. This is the standard full-time model for younger students.

Secondary students (6–12)
Students in grades 6–12 may learn through live instruction, asynchronous coursework, or a mix of both, depending on the course and pathway. Some students enroll full-time, while others take individual courses.
A family exploring Launch for a kindergartner is looking at a different day-to-day experience than a family exploring a single high school course. That distinction should be clear from the start.
Why families use Launch
Families come to Launch for different reasons. Some are looking for a full-time public virtual school option. Others need access to a specific class, a way to recover credit, more advanced coursework, or a school model that better fits the student’s situation.
Launch is designed to serve different needs without forcing every student into the same experience.
